"The idea of implementing information screens at Regionstog (Regional Trains, Denmark, red.) came about in connection with a project involving company's values. Our company is spread over many locations on Zealand and there was a great need to have a common information platform. My department is responsible for communication, and information screens are a wonderful communication tool to work with. It is a great feeling to be able to write an 'Enjoy Your Weekend' message on the screens in all our locations and know that it will be there until Sunday evening.
General information is delivered through our intranet, and information screens are used as a 'teaser' to motivate employees to use it more often. On the screens we publish, among other things, information about new employees, news related to our core values, praise from customers and updates from company's various associations. Moreover, we use the screens to deliver operational information such as Daily Operations Report and monthly passenger
statistics. We try to be visually expressive in order to capture people's attention as well as keep the flow of information constant. It is primarily our employees who have access to the screens, and that has generated new ideas on how we can use the system in a broader way. On the whole, the response has been very positive. Delivery of internal information has been improved significantly, and that was our main focus since the last employee satisfaction survey was conducted in autumn 2012. As a result, we expect a much better score in this area after the next survey.
Contact with VisioSign, their support and implementation of the system have been flawless. We have received very good support and they have responded to all our needs. We would absolutely recommend VisioSign to others - and we have already done so. The results speak for themselves and we are proud to show them."
